b. 1992 Adrianne Paerels grew up between Hoboken, New Jersey and Ojai, California. She graduated with a BFA in fine art from Moore College of Art and Design in Philadelphia. Adrianne is currently based in New Jersey.
Adrianne’s work is inspired by her love of food. From intricate tablescapes, to gas station snack packaging, she enjoys studying how food can represent a culture. Dubbed as The Tomato Girl by multiple publications, her most personal connection to food comes from her childhood spent with the Italian half of her family. Now that they have passed, she uses this artwork as a means to stay connected to that part of her life and honor their memory.
Most recently, Adrianne has worked with Free People, Anthropologie, Fishwife, Grillo’s Pickles, The Standard Hotel, and many other fantastic brands and clients.
