We’ve recently been sharing some of Calef Brown‘s work from past projects to highlight other takes on his style that you might be less familiar with. For Calef’s “graphic” style he works on a flatter, less painterly surface and with a more limited color palette. Here are a few samples which were originally monochromatic paintings that Calef created in all black, white, and gray. He recently reworked these pieces by adding color to them in Photoshop, and it gives them a whole new look:
