Lucie Rice illustrated a series of characters for a casino promotion for Agua Caliente Casino
Illustrator Lucie Rice has created a set of summer appropriate characters for the California based Casino, Resort, and Spa: Agua Caliente. The laidback surfer featured on one of Agua Caliente’s recent promotions (a chance to win a trip to Hawaii) captures Rice’s style— self described as, “imagery that speaks to children and adults alike…” With her use of color blocking, Rice creates images intriguing in their minimalism, which also showcase her delicate line work. For instance, here, in the surfer’s tattoo sleeve. From corporate art to children’s illustration, Lucie Rice reaches a broad audience with unmistakable style and flair.
